Design of Threshold DML Gates with Power gating Techniques

Abstract:
The model of subthreshold design is one of the important method of low power applications and ultra low power applications. The devices or circuits which operated in the subthreshold region would uses a supply voltage that would be equal or less than the threshold voltage of the transistors, hence there will be a reduction in the various modes of operation of the circuits like static mode and dynamic mode. The DML family are generally designed to operate in subthreshold region. The proposed model would works on both of the modes based on the requirements of the system. The DML circuits would provides the balancing of power compensation and operating frequency requirements. There will be a efficiency of about 23 percent of power minimisation.
